FABERGÉ is a lapdancer whom Clive frequently visits at Peppermint Hippo, a gentleman’s club (the other type …) in the West End of London. Forced by her profession to be cynical and materialistic Fabergé is actually rather a nice girl underneath. Now in her mid-thirties she worries that she is getting a little too old for her job and that she should really give it up, but unfortunately she has got used to the big money she earns from doing it. She and Clive have much in common.
